The Boren Leaders Breakfast Series is a quarterly event providing Boren Forum members an opportunity to meet and talk with leaders in the fields of international relations, security, development, and academia over an informal breakfast meal. This series is held in the Washington DC area and has featured Congressman Dan Boren (D-OK); Jim Rosenberg, Head of Social Media for the World Bank; the Honorable Douglas B.
